Indian Navy Day at Sankalp Centre
RCDS - Sankalp currently runs three educational centres for 450 such children in South Delhi. These children go to school in the morning and are provided remedial coaching post school. These are those children who get no support in teaching and learning at home. December has been a month of some important days and festivities that give a ray of new hope and aspirations.
Navy Day in India is celebrated on 4 December every year to recognize the achievements and role of the Indian Navy to the country. It is mainly celebrated to acknowledge role of Indian Navy and commemorate its achievements in the 1971 War. Children were made aware of the role and importance of Indian Navy.
