World AIDS Day at Sankalp Centre
RCDS - Sankalp currently runs three educational centres for 450 such children in South Delhi. These children go to school in the morning and are provided remedial coaching post school. These are those children who get no support in teaching and learning at home. December has been a month of some important days and festivities that give a ray of new hope and aspirations.
World AIDS Day, designated on 1 December every year since 1988, is an international day dedicated to raising awareness of the AIDS pandemic caused by the spread of HIV infection and mourning those who’ve died of the disease. Let Communities Lead is the theme of World AIDS Day 2023. The world can end AIDS, with communities leading the way.
